The essential event for international luxury communication
Artificial Green Wall
On Tuesday, December 11, at the corner of the Champs-Élysées, a steady flow of visitors could be seen rushing into the Théâtre Marigny. That day, it wasn’t a theatrical performance drawing the crowds but one of the most prestigious events of the year: the fifth edition of the Paris Luxury Summit.
This key event in international luxury communication brings together more than 500 industry professionals at every edition. Major names such as The New York Times, Teads, TF1, Le Monde, Paris Modes, JCDecaux, Les Échos, Google and LinkedIn were all in attendance.
For this distinguished occasion, Odzo partnered with the event company Des Bulles Dans Les Branches to combine its expertise in green wall design with a unique installation for the reception area of the magazine Le Monde, immersing their stand in a lush and striking plant-inspired atmosphere.
Creating a plant-inspired setting for Le Monde’s exhibition stand
To stand out from the other exhibitors, the magazine Le Monde wanted to design an original reception area that highlighted natural elements and simplicity.
To meet this challenge, Odzo was asked to provide its full expertise by creating a custom green wall installation for the event. We proposed a rental green wall perfectly adapted to the space reserved for the exhibition, measuring 3 meters high and 3 meters wide, and designed entirely according to the client’s requirements: style, finish, color palette and plant composition.
Customizing the green wall with floral elements
To harmonize the stand with the activities being presented, we worked with our client to add floral arrangements directly into the green wall.
From a technical standpoint, the decorative wall did not have partitions that would allow us to install additional plant panels. To overcome this, we built a metal framework specifically for the event. Thanks to this structure, the floral creations designed by Des Bulles Dans Les Branches could be integrated into the green wall created by Odzo.
This adaptation made it much easier to position the floral compositions and added even more originality to the plant-themed design created by our event partner.
In the end, by simply enhancing its stand with a customized green wall and offering interactive activities for visitors, the magazine Le Monde successfully achieved its goal of standing out during the Paris Luxury Summit 2018.
